Frequently Asked Questions

What if the seller never delivers? +

If the seller fails to submit delivery confirmation within the agreed timeframe, funds are automatically refunded to you. No action required on your part.

What if the goods are not as described? +

Open a dispute during the inspection window. Submit photographic or documentary evidence. We will review and determine fund disposition within 5 business days.

Can I cancel a deal after paying? +

If the seller has not yet shipped or marked delivery, you may cancel and receive a full refund. Once delivery is confirmed by the seller, you must inspect and either release or dispute.

Who holds my money? +

Your funds are held in custody by a licensed and regulated financial institution engaged by Trostower LLC. Trostower LLC itself does not hold or touch your funds at any point.

Is there a fee for buyers? +

The platform fee is 1.5% (minimum $5, maximum $500), split 50/50 between buyer and seller by default. You can agree otherwise when creating the deal.
