How to Test the Platform
Test as a Buyer
- Sign in with the buyer account credentials above
- Create a new transaction (click "Start a Transaction")
- Define the terms: item/service, price, delivery timeline, condition requirements
- Send payment to Trustower (escrow holds the funds securely)
- Wait for the seller to deliver
- Inspect the delivered item/service
- Approve or dispute the delivery
- Funds are released to the seller when you approve
Test as a Seller
- Sign in with the seller account credentials above
- Accept an incoming transaction (or wait for the buyer account to create one)
- Review the terms and confirm you can deliver as specified
- Ship the item or deliver the service
- Provide tracking information or proof of delivery
- Notify the buyer that delivery is complete
- Buyer inspects and approves (or disputes if needed)
- Funds release to your account after buyer approval
